Its long-term focus is on delivering high-quality homes, supporting thriving communities and generating positive social impact through financially sustainable development.\nAs a result of continued growth and an expanding development portfolio, the organisation is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its growing delivery team.\nAbout Your New Job\nThis Site Manager role presents an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant residential and regeneration projects that will play a key role in addressing Ireland's housing needs.\nReporting to a Senior Construction Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale residential developments across the Greater Dublin region, supporting projects from planning and detailed design through to construction delivery and handover.\nWorking as part of a multidisciplinary development team, you will manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nThe role offers a mix of office, site and remote working, providing flexibility while maintaining close involvement with project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the delivery of residential projects through the construction stage of the development lifecycle.\nSupport development colleagues during planning, detailed design and pre-construction stages.\nManage design teams from a technical, programme and budget perspective.\nPlan, organise and direct all construction-related project activities.\nLiaise with key stakeholders including local authorities, utilities providers, consultants and development partners.\nDevelop and manage project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.\nManage main contractors and consultancy teams on large-scale residential developments.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, planning conditions and industry best practice.\nOversee statutory approvals including Planning Permissions, Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates.\nMonitor budgets, manage costs and provide regular project reporting.\nContribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives through design, planning and procurement strategies.\nWork closely with internal teams to progress projects through each stage of the development lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Need\nA minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, project management or development management.\nA recognised third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Development, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.\nStrong technical and commercial construction knowledge.\nProven experience managing large-scale residential construction projects.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nA strong understanding of the Irish planning, development and construction environment.\nExperience working with public procurement processes would be advantageous.\nAn understanding of project viability and development economics would be beneficial.\nWhat's On Offer\nCompetitive salary of €70,000 -
