Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality construction project.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor offering long-term career prospects, a supportive working environment and opportunities for progression.\nAbout Your New Role\nAs Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nManaging and coordinating all site activities, subcontractors and site personnel.\n\nEnsuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.\n\nMaintaining the highest standards of health and safety across the site.\n\nCoordinating with Contracts Managers, engineers, subcontractors and design teams.\n\nMonitoring progress and reporting on programme milestones.\n\nManaging site documentation, inspections, quality control and compliance.\n\nIdentifying and resolving any issues that may impact project delivery.\n\nEnsuring materials, labour and plant are effectively coordinated.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nPrevious experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor or residential developer.\n\nA strong track record of delivering construction projects safely and efficiently.\n\nExcellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.\n\nThe ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.\n\nA strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and health and safety requirements.\n\nRelevant construction qualification.\n\nSafe Pass and other relevant safety certifications.\n\nWhat
