Membantu menyusun dan memantau project timeline, milestone, serta target implementasi HRIS.

Mengoordinasikan aktivitas antara tim HR, IT, vendor, dan stakeholder terkait.

Memantau progres proyek dan memastikan setiap aktivitas selesai sesuai jadwal.

Mengidentifikasi serta memonitor risiko, kendala, dan isu selama proyek berlangsung.

Menyiapkan project status report, meeting minutes, dan dokumentasi proyek.

Mengoordinasikan tahapan implementasi, termasuk requirement gathering, data migration, UAT, training, hingga go-live.

Melakukan follow-up kepada PIC terkait untuk memastikan penyelesaian setiap aktivitas proyek.
