implementasi HRIS.\n\nMengoordinasikan aktivitas antara tim HR, IT, vendor, dan stakeholder terkait.\n\nMemantau progres proyek dan memastikan setiap aktivitas selesai sesuai jadwal.\n\nMengidentifikasi serta memonitor risiko, kendala, dan isu selama proyek berlangsung.\n\nMenyiapkan project status report, meeting minutes, dan dokumentasi proyek.\n\nMengoordinasikan tahapan implementasi, termasuk requirement gathering, data migration, UAT, training, hingga go-live.\n\nMelakukan follow-up kepada PIC terkait untuk memastikan penyelesaian setiap aktivitas
