activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, as well as deployment and post-deployment support.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in relevant major\n\n Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer.\n\n Strong hands-on experience with SAP HC/HCM modules.\n\n Good understanding of end-to-end SAP HC/HCM processes, from Organizational Management and Personnel Administration through Time Management and Payroll.\n\n Hands-on experience in SAP integration with external systems, including interfaces and APIs.\n\n Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including:\n\n- Reports & ALV\n\n- BAPI\n\n- BAdI\n\n- User Exit\n\n- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n Good communication and teamwork skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in the banking industry or other large-scale organizations is a plus.\n\n Experience in SAP HC/HCM implementation or rollout projects.\n\n Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a
