Our teams specialize in Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and DataOps.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Leader to help anchor our CPG Supply Chain Analytics practice in Bengaluru.\nYou will be part of the practice team, reporting directly to Practice Leadership. The role involves leading client engagements end-to-end, owning specific capability areas, and driving strategic initiatives that are critical to the practice's growth. This position carries significant ownership while working closely with practice leadership.\nYour responsibilities will broadly span three areas:\nClient Engagements\nTeam Leadership\nSolution Development and Innovation\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nInside the Practice\nLead significant aspects of the practice’s growth and development, aligned with the direction set by Practice Leadership.\nTake ownership of specific capability areas and service offerings, from ideation through client deployment.\nHelp shape the go-to-market strategy and support sales and business development teams in client pursuits.\nClient Engagements\nLead consulting engagements and own relationships across assigned client accounts.\nDevelop a deep understanding of client business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on supply chain and analytics topics.\nSolutions and Innovation\nDrive the development of advanced analytics and data science solutions, including:Artificial Intelligence (AI)\nMachine Learning (ML)\nOptimization Models\nGenerative AI (Gen AI)\n\nReview analytical approaches, challenge solution designs, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.\nEnsure close collaboration between consulting and engineering teams so that solutions move beyond pilots into production environments.\nTeam and Knowledge Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts within the practice.\nContribute to thought leadership through articles, points of view, and internal intellectual capital.\nSupport knowledge management initiatives and promote adoption of best practices across the organization.\nRepresent Sigmoid at industry events, conferences, and forums.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n8 to 12 years of experience consulting on and delivering data and analytics solutions for large CPG customers.\nDirect front-office consulting experience with demonstrated customer leadership capabilities.\nProven track record of leading teams, managing engagements, and delivering high-quality outcomes.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.\nExceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges and identify high-impact opportunities.\nBE or BTech in Computer Science from a Tier I or Tier II institution such as IIT or NIT.\nMBA from a leading business school such as an IIM is a plus.\nNice to Have\nDeep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Operations across CPG, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Industrial domains.\nStrong understanding of:Demand Planning\nForecasting\nInventory Optimization\nProcurement Analytics\n\nHands-on experience building analytics and AI solutions across:Machine Learning\nDeep Learning\nGenerative AI\nDescriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics\n\nPublished thought leadership or articles on supply chain topics.\nWorking knowledge of
