A true expert in the Financial services space must understand the interconnectedness of Financial Products & Market Dynamics. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and provide visionary direction to our BFSI practice. \nThe role requires a strong portfolio leader responsible for managing 3-6 key accounts across a mix of new business development (hunting) and account growth (farming). The individual will typically oversee a team of approximately 15-70 members while managing an annual revenue portfolio in the range of $15M-$60M. The role involves hands-on involvement in sales, client relationship management, and delivery oversight. \nRoles and Responsibilities: \nAn FS expert must understand how the \"engine\" of different sub-sectors works.\nCommercial Banking: Global Capital Markets, M&A, Leveraged Finance Business, Loan Trading, Interest Rate risk, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities\nExposure to Structured Financial Products (ABS, MBS, RMBS, CMBS) as mentioned above under Commercial Banking \nWealth & Asset Management \nThe leader must be aware of latest technologies used by the Financial Institutions, Data Science and Data Engineering team \nA leader must drive cultural transformation and \"buy-in\" across silos, the ability to build partnerships between traditional banks and nimble Fintech/Insurtech startups. \nCollaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, identify key clients, and drive new business opportunities.\nWork in a matrix environment, manage and deliver solutions/POVs across multiple accounts/clients and regions \nStay abreast of emerging trends in technology driving Digital Transformation & data democratization, leveraging technology to define and deliver value to our clients.\nMonitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics, adjusting our strategy and offerings as needed. \nLead a diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. \nPartner with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions \nDrive thought leadership initiatives, representing our company at industry events, conferences, and forums \nQualifications: \nBachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT’s / NIT’s and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred \n13+ Years of Experience in the financial services industry, with a track record of success in strategic leadership roles \nRobust experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth management.\nExposure in Risk management -
