technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies.\n\nDevelop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap for employees, aligned with business priorities and emerging technology trends.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development and skill readiness.\n\nTechnical and Capability Development\nDesign and curate learning interventions for Data Engineering roles.\n\nLeverage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners to create high-impact, contextual learning programs.\n\nEnsure learning pathways are role-based, progressive, and aligned to career growth.\n\nLeverage AI tools for content design and development, and learning operations.\n\nLeadership and Behavioral Development\nSupport the design and delivery of leadership development programs for technical and people leaders within the Data Engineering function.\n\nEmbed skills such as communication, stakeholder management, execution excellence, and people leadership.\n\nLearning Governance and Effectiveness\nDefine success metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.\n\nReview learning outcomes through feedback from managers, mentors, and participants.\n\nContinuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.\n\nLeverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track learning progress, adoption, and effectiveness, with a working understanding of LMS capabilities and governance.\n\nStakeholder and Program Management\nManage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment.\n\nCollaborate closely with HR, Talent, and leadership teams to drive cohesive development outcomes.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills\nExperience\n10-13 years of experience in Learning & Development, with prior experience supporting Data Engineering or similar technical businesses.\n\nUnderstanding of Data Engineering roles, skills, and career progression.\n\nProven experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.\n\nExperience designing structured learning journeys covering both technical and leadership development.\n\nAbility to translate complex technical needs into effective learning solutions.\n\nSkills\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.\n\nStrong reporting and analytics capability, with advanced
