Planning & Execution\nPlan, execute, and monitor multiple technical projects simultaneously.\n\nDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nTrack Agile delivery metrics including:\nBurndown charts\n\nSprint velocity\n\nBug and defect metrics\n\nRelease readiness documents\n\nRelease checklists\n\nMonitor project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful project execution.\n\nProject Management Tools\nHands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Linear, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar project management tools.\n\nManage product backlogs, sprint planning, issue tracking, reporting, and workflow management.\n\nBuild dashboards and reports to monitor project health, team velocity, and delivery progress.\n\nEnsure project documentation and tracking are maintained within project management platforms.\n\nTeam Leadership\nLead and manage cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.\n\nFoster a collaborative and productive team environment.\n\nAgile and Kanban Methodology\nUtilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to effectively manage projects, including Scrum, Lean, or other Agile frameworks.\n\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nDrive continuous Agile improvements and promote engineering best practices.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nPossess technical expertise to understand and effectively communicate with development teams.\n\nProduct Roadmapping\nCreate and manage product roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.\n\nDevelop strategic plans for product releases, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.\n\nStakeholder Management\nIdentify and manage project stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.\n\nRisk Management\nIdentify and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDevelop contingency plans and take corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.\n\nQuality Management\nEstablish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet the specified quality requirements.\n\nMonitor and measure project performance against quality metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.\n\nDocumentation\nKeep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related records.\n\nEnsure documentation is organized and easily accessible to project stakeholders.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nEvaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance project outcomes and processes.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and organization.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.\n\nProven experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean, or other Agile frameworks.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.\n\nExperience in risk management, quality management, and documentation.\n\nExperience in architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.\n\nExperience with database modeling and development.\n\nGood to Have\nFamiliarity with building SaaS applications from the ground up.\n\nFamiliarity
