The role involves supporting internal staffing, coordinating onboarding processes, tracking resource availability, and maintaining accurate resource information. This is a six-month internship with an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Resource Management\nMaintain real-time visibility of resource availability and allocation.\n\nCollaborate with delivery and business units to fulfil staffing needs based on project requirements.\n\nTrack and manage utilization, ensuring optimal workforce productivity.\n\nConduct periodic resource forecasting and capacity planning.\n\n2. Onboarding Coordination\nFacilitate end-to-end onboarding of new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access.\n\nAct as a liaison between HR, IT, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and guidelines during the onboarding process.\n\n3. Bench Management\nMonitor and manage employees on the bench, ensuring timely deployment to new projects.\n\nWork closely with the sales and delivery teams to map skills of bench resources to upcoming opportunities.\n\nDrive initiatives to reduce bench time and enhance resource engagement.\n\nMaintain a bench dashboard with real-time status and profiles.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nFreshers or candidates with relevant internship, academic project, or entry-level experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in resource/staffing management is an advantage but not mandatory.\n\nBasic understanding of resource coordination, workforce planning, or staffing concepts; willingness to learn resource management processes.\n\nFamiliarity with onboarding or coordination activities is an advantage;
