The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into actionable insights, develop interactive dashboards, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with clients to understand their business context, objectives, and analytical requirements.\n\nUnderstand business processes and map end-to-end workflows using visual formats.\n\nTranslate business problems into analytical frameworks and develop effective BI solutions using Power BI.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.\n\nCollaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate analytics into business processes.\n\nDefine KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements based on business objectives.\n\nAssess data quality, usability, and sufficiency to achieve desired business outcomes.\n\nPerform data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and generate actionable insights.\n\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations through effective data visualization and storyboarding.\n\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of dashboards and reports.\n\nDesired Skills & Competencies\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI, including:\nPower BI Desktop and Power BI Service.\n\nDashboard development, publishing, and workspace management.\n\nData modelling, relationships, and schema design.\n\nDAX measures, calculated columns, and complex calculations.\n\nPower Query for data transformation and cleansing.\n\nRow-Level Security (RLS) implementation.\n\nData refresh configuration and report performance optimization.\n\nProficiency in MS SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.\n\nExperience in translating business requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of data quality assessment and validation.\n\nProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience with other visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Spotfire is an added advantage.\n\nKnowledge of Python is good to have.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.\n\nStoryboarding and client interaction experience are value additions.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nEducation & Desired Experience\n3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Power BI and problem-solving.\n\nB.E., MBA, or an advanced degree in
