Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience building large-scale web applications.
  • 2-4 years of experience owning full-stack architecture and technical strategy.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
  • Strong backend development experience using Node.js with TypeScript.
  • Proven experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and backend architectures.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, rendering pipelines, browser performance, and component design.
  • Experience building complex, interactive web applications such as editors, design tools, dashboards, canvases, or similar UI-intensive products.
  • Strong expertise in modern state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, Recoil, or Jotai.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, caching, asynchronous processing, and real-time communication.
  • Demonstrated experience optimising application performance across both the frontend and backend.
  • Strong system design skills with the ability to make sound architectural decisions and mentor engineering teams.
