In this role, you’ll work hands-on to install custom signage of all types-turning designs into finished displays that make an impact for our customers. We’re looking for dependable team players who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors and on-site, and want to grow their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nInstall interior and exterior signage according to work order specifications and project deadlines\nRead and interpret work orders, drawings, and other documents to determine project specifications and installation requirements\nVerify that materials, tools, and vehicles are properly prepared for each installation\nSafely and efficiently operate tools, equipment, and vehicles in compliance with OSHA and company standards\nCollaborate with other production departments to resolve issues and ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery\nCommunicate project updates, changes, delays, or issues promptly to client, Field Manager, and Installation Manager\nEnsure accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship in all installations\nRecord job details in production software by updating hours, uploading photos, closing work orders, and documenting materials, procedures, and specifications\nMaintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, equipment, and installation areas throughout and at the end of each workday\nKeep storage areas and vehicles organized, including restocking materials and supplies as needed\nMonitor material usage to reduce waste and control project costs\nPerform a final quality check with the customer after installation to ensure satisfaction\nUnload vehicles and properly store tools, materials, and equipment at the end of each day\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders\nProficient in the safe operation of power tools, lifts, ladders, and other installation equipment\nAccurate measuring, leveling, and alignment skills with strong basic math abilities\nWorking knowledge of hardware, fasteners, and mounting techniques for various substrates\nBasic electrical knowledge\nWorking knowledge of computers and the Windows environment\nWork Quality & Problem Solving\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality workmanship\nAbility to assess challenges and develop safe, effective solutions on-site\nAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards\nTeamwork & Communication\nEffective communication with other team members and clients\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals\nWillingness to take direction, learn new techniques, and share knowledge with others\nSafety & Work Habits\nConsistent adherence to safety protocols and use of proper PPE\nAbility to lift, carry, and position heavy materials and signs with or without assistance\nComfortable working at heights off a bucket truck/aerial equipment and in various outdoor conditions\nReliable, flexible, and professional in attitude, communication, and appearance\nAbility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to meet installation schedules\nEducation & Work Authorization\nHigh school diploma, trade school certificate, or GED\nAuthorization to work in the United States\nValid Driver License\nPreferred\nHands-on experience with installation of interior and exterior signage or related trade\nKnowledge of LED lighting and wiring for illuminated signs\nMassachusetts Hoisting License (2A, 1B, 4F)\nBucket Truck training, certification, or driving experience\nAerial Lift certified\nKnowledge of electrical components and UL requirements and procedures\nPost-Secondary Education or Equivalent Experience\nPhysical Abilities\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
