It’s to build tooling and workflows that make the problem disappear.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nImproving GitLab CI/CD pipelines and shortening feedback loops\nMaking development environments reliable and easy to work with\nEliminating repetitive manual work through automation\nBuilding internal tools, services, CLI utilities, dashboards, and self-service interfaces\nImproving visibility into the systems developers depend on\nSolving flaky builds, tests, and other recurring engineering bottlenecks\nManaging system upgrades and security updates\nEvery improvement you make scales across the engineering organization.\nWho We’re Looking For\nYou’ve already spent several years solving these kinds of problems and are comfortable owning them at a senior level.\nYour background might include Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, DevOps, SRE, or Backend Engineering with strong infrastructure experience.\nThe title matters less than how you think and what you’ve built.
