Brokers provide their clients with access to a branded analytics portal, launched directly from the broker's client area via single sign-on (SSO).\nWe are looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to own the technical side of broker integrations from the first technical discussion through testing and launch.\nThis is a part-time, on-demand role. Workload depends on active broker integrations rather than a fixed weekly schedule.\nWhat you'll do\nLead technical and pre-integration calls with broker development and IT teams, structure the discussion, clarify requirements, and agree on next steps.\nJoin pre-sales technical discussions when needed to assess integration requirements and answer technical questions.\nExplain the Signal Codex SSO flow and integration requirements clearly to client technical teams.\nHelp broker developers implement JWT-based login and troubleshoot failed authentication.\nReview token generation logic and identify common implementation issues.\nTest integrations end-to-end before launch, including authentication, branding, and WebTrader links.\nTrack blockers, owners, and next steps and proactively keep integrations moving through launch.\nCoordinate with client developers during implementation and help resolve technical issues efficiently.\nSupport technical issues after launch when needed.\nDocument recurring issues and suggest practical improvements to the onboarding and integration process.\nWhat we're looking for\n2+ years of relevant experience with web applications, SaaS products, technical integrations, implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.\nSolid understanding of HTTP, redirects, JWT, and web authentication / SSO.\nGood understanding of JWT validation concepts such as iat, exp, signing algorithms, and user identifiers.\nAbility to read backend code in at least one of PHP, Node.js, or Python well enough to identify issues in token generation and authentication flows.\nComfortable using browser developer tools, logs, APIs, and basic command-line tools for troubleshooting.\nBasic practical experience with Python or similar scripting tools for testing and debugging.\nUnderstanding of basic authentication security and safe handling of secrets.\nComfortable troubleshooting together with developers during live calls.\nClear spoken and written communication in English and Russian.\nAble to work independently, take ownership, and proactively raise blockers, risks, and unclear requirements.\nConfident and professional in client-facing communication, able to lead technical discussions and explain complex topics clearly.\nProactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership for integration progress and client outcomes.\nYou don't need to be a full-time software developer.\nWe're looking for someone who combines solid technical judgment with client-facing confidence and takes ownership of getting integrations successfully to production.\nNice to have\nExperience with B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or solutions engineering.\nExperience with SSO integrations.\nBackground in fintech, Forex/CFD brokers, or trading platforms.\nExperience working directly with external client technical teams.\nExperience participating in technical pre-sales or integration discovery calls.\nWorking format\nFully remote, independent contractor.\nNDA required.\nTypical workload: 10-20 hours per month, depending on active integrations.\nSome weeks may require little or no involvement.\nWorkload may grow as the number of broker integrations increases.\nMost work takes place during CET business hours, with calls scheduled in advance.\nDuring an active integration, we expect replies within one business day.\nOutside active integrations, constant availability is not required.\nCompensation\n€40-50 per hour, depending on experience.\nPaid for actual time spent on calls, integration support, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.\nWhy join Signal Codex\nYou'll own the technical side of broker onboarding at an early-stage B2B SaaS company and work on a small number of specific integrations from the first technical discussion through launch.\nYou won't just answer technical questions -
