They will embrace our Mission, Vision and Values and actively contribute to our success.\nJob Summary: \nThe position of Floating Loan Coordinator is responsible for working in a small team environment to assist loan officers and loan coordinators in the day-to-day preparation, execution and follow-up of all aspects of loan documentation and tasks. They are also responsible for working within a larger team environment by helping other bank personnel in expanding customer relationships and exceeding customer service expectations. A Floating Loan Coordinator will work in all NWA locations as needed and assist outlying markets remotely unless directed otherwise.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nExhibit a sense of urgency to provide the finest customer service at all times and in all forms of verbal and written communication\nGreet customers and direct them to proper individuals\nAnswer phones in a timely manner and efficiently deal with direct customer contact/requests\nAssist Loan Officers and Loan Coordinators in their daily work by:\n Assisting Customers in completing loan applications\n Accurately requesting/reviewing documentation needed for loan closings\n Ensure required early disclosures are completed timely\n Obtaining required supporting documentation such as credit reports, title work, flood certification, etc.\n Coordinating loan closings including funding and fee disbursement\n Working technical exceptions\n Assisting customers with loan and deposit requests\n Perform the following tasks when not filling in for a specific market:\n Work technical exceptions for all markets\nMaintain organization of Lending Operations folder in SharePoint\n Assist Loan Administrator as needed\nProvide notary service\nPerform all other tasks requested as they relate to the Bank and its functions\nQualifications\nEducation / Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree required;
