Join us!\nIntegration Engineer III\nLocation: Dallas, TX or Akron, OH (Hybrid)\nThe Integration Engineer designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports scalable enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and AWS services. This role translates business and technical requirements into secure, reliable integration solutions across cloud and enterprise applications. The position partners with architects, application teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle while supporting production stability and continuous improvement.\nMajor Responsibilities/Essential Functions\nSystem Implementation\nDesign, Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions using appropriate AWS services and implement secure, scalable connectivity between AWS, MuleSoft, and enterprise applications\nEnhances MuleSoft Integrations for Minor changes\nPartner with Cross Functional Technical teams as needed for Integration Development & Testing\nPerform unit and systems Integrations testing and document the results\nEnforce standards and methodologies that pertain to quality, consistency, and accuracy of project design, development, testing and implementation.\nParticipate in technical walkthroughs to validate design.\nOperational Management\nMonitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft and AWS integrations, analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions that improve performance and reliability.\nWork with system owners to debug production issues in lower environments\nDemonstrate the post go live features to various stake holders.\nPosition Qualifications\nFormal Education & Certificatio n\nBachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience. \nCertifications a plus\nQualifications & Experience\n5+ years related experience.\nExperience developing and integrating solutions in AWS cloud environments\nExperience with Data contracts, Service layer and Pub / Sub models along with transformation and consumption\nDemonstrated knowledge of REST/SOAP services, API design, integration patterns, and JSON/XML data formats.\nStrong understanding of API security, authentication/authorization, error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning.\nExperience developing event-driven and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Step Functions.\nExperience implementing logging, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting using Amazon CloudWatch and related observability capabilities.\nExperience with AWS CI/CD and infrastructure automation; familiarity with CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CloudFormation, and/or Terraform preferred.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. \nRetail, SAP Hybris, Sterling Order Management or similar exposure is required\nExposure to AI in relation to Development / Coding is a plus\nHands-on experience developing microservices, REST APIs, and integration services using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and/or Python.
