checks, validation routines, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. \nDesign and implement processes for data ingestion, transformation, and lifecycle management. \nPerform advanced analytical modeling, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. \nDevelop tools, scripts, and automated workflows to streamline data processing and improve system performance. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. \nEvaluate data-related capabilities, recommend improvements, and support integration activities across technical environments. \nProvide subject matter expertise on enterprise data management best practices and emerging technologies. \nRequired Skills:\nStrong proficiency in database architecture, SQL, and structured data environments. \nExperience developing and maintaining large-scale data models and metadata frameworks. \nExpertise in data governance, data quality assurance, and standardized data practices. \nProficiency in Python or R for data engineering, analytics, and scientific computing. \nExperience with ETL pipelines, data validation tools, and automated data workflows. \nAbility to analyze complex datasets and develop analytical models to support organizational strategy. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \nDesired Skills:\nFour years of experience in Navy data systems. \nBackground in infrastructure, engineering, or large enterprise operational environments. \nFamiliarity with data standardization initiatives and enterprise data architectures. \nKnowledge of cloud-based data platforms, distributed data systems, or API-driven architectures. \nExperience mentoring junior data staff or contributing to enterprise data strategy. \nExperience in Navy Systems such as eProjects, ieFACMAN,
