This position requires an active Secret clearance.\nThe SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer will support a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including new sites, site enhancements, issue resolution, documentation, migrations, automation, and reporting. This position will use existing governance solutions and technical models to gather and document detailed requirements and design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions. The role will also provide training and technical support to diverse user groups.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong low-code development experience, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality technical solutions.\nResponsibilities\nSupport a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.\n\nCreate and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and other solutions based on client requirements.\n\nGather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.\n\nDesign, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform tools.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform issues and provide ongoing technical support.\n\nSupport SharePoint site and content migrations.\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation for technical solutions, processes, and user guidance.\n\nDevelop reports and dashboards to support client reporting needs.\n\nFollow established governance solutions, technical models, and development standards.\n\nThoroughly test solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and accuracy prior to implementation.\n\nProvide training to diverse user groups and develop supporting training documentation.\n\nCommunicate directly with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.\n\nRequired Skills\nSharePoint Administration and Development\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience with SharePoint administration and development.\n\nExperience creating, maintaining, configuring, and provisioning numerous SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.\n\nPower Apps Development\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Power Apps development.\n\nMust have created and supported at least 20 forms of varying complexity.\n\nExperience developing custom SharePoint list forms and canvas apps.\n\nPower Automate Development\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Power Automate.\n\nMust have created and supported at least 20 workflows of varying complexity.\n\nPower BI Development\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Power BI.\n\nMust have created and supported at least 10 reports of varying complexity.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nActive Secret clearance.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.\n\nAbility to thoroughly and independently test developed solutions.\n\nAbility to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements.\n\nAbility to provide end-user training and develop training documentation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively
