Program Manager

Significance Inc. is seeking an Program Manager to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be hybrid position located in Alexandria, VA and requires an active Secret clearance.

The Program Manager

The Program Manager will provide overall project leadership and oversight in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for managing project activities within the scope of the contract and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Provide overall project management, leadership, and administrative oversight.
• Lead and direct project activities and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
• Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction to support successful project execution.
• Coordinate project activities and priorities to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ten (10) years of project management experience, including five (5) years supporting Federal Government programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing challenging projects and providing overall project oversight.
