Your primary focus will be to work with our Project Managers to identify inefficiencies in their processes and build practical digital solutions that help them work faster, make better decisions and spend less time on repetitive tasks.\nYou will have the freedom to explore and propose the tools and approaches that best fit each problem, with the support of the team.\nYou will also gain hands-on exposure to project execution by supporting Project Managers with operational activities, reporting and project follow-up, which will help you understand the processes you are improving.\nAt Signify, interns are encouraged to contribute new ideas, deliver meaningful results and develop their skills through practical experience in a culture of curiosity and innovation.\nWhat you'll do\n60% - Automation, AI and process improvement\nExplore, propose and choose the most suitable tools and technologies for improvement of processes that involve repetitive tasks and manual activities.\nDevelop automations and small tools that simplify everyday Project Management work.\nHelp connect and synchronise data across different tools and systems.\nExperiment with AI-based assistants or agents to support recurring Project Management activities.\nTest solutions with users, collect feedback and improve them over time.\n40% - Project Management support\nSupport Project Managers across Europe in setting up and maintaining project orders and documentation, mainly in SAP.\nAssist with project data quality, follow-up activities and coordination across teams.\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, support interactions with customers.\nMust have\nCurrently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field.\nProgramming skills (e.g. Python) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.\nInterest in generative AI and experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) beyond casual use.\nInterest in understanding business processes and turning problems into practical solutions.\nFluent English, as most of your day-to-day interactions will take place in this language.\nNice to have\nExperience working with data (e.g. Excel, SQL, APIs) and PowerAutomate.\nAcademic, personal or internship projects involving automation, AI or data.\nPolish language skills.\nYou'll be a great fit if you are\nAnalytical, organized and comfortable solving problems independently.\nCurious about new technologies and motivated to experiment.\nCollaborative and willing to take ownership from idea to implementation.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
