Oversees indirect production support functions to maintain operational excellence.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nThis role is responsible for managing a team of Production Workers or a small Production Unit within a larger production operation\nResponsible for the quality of the products produced, the production yield - You ensure timely delivery of products\nManages team of production worker in a production unit, ensuring targets in yield and output are met\nInitiates improvements and is responsible for safety within his work field\nDrives troubleshooting of minor issues on production line, and coordinate with other specialists (Maintenance, Engineering) to handle more critical issues\nManages in full a group of Operators in job within own working area\nInitiates and drive small scale project, improvement initiatives\nLeads a team to execute manufacturing processes in compliance with quality and safety standards.\nCoordinates resources and schedules to optimize production flow and meet targets.\nMonitors performance indicators and implements corrective actions to improve efficiency.\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in manufacturing operations.\nManages indirect production support activities, including maintenance and logistics.\nProvides training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field to ensure foundational knowledge of production processes and quality management.\nMinimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role managing production teams and driving process improvements.\nCertification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies is essential to lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
