In this role, you will work at the intersection of brand, packaging and visual design, creating solutions that are both visually compelling and production-ready.\nYou will have the opportunity to work on a globally recognized brand and a broad portfolio of lighting products, collaborating with designers, marketing, product management, engineering and external partners across China and international markets.\nWhat you’ll do\nCreate engaging, production-ready artwork for packaging, print and digital applications.\nTranslate brand and visual design principles into clear, scalable packaging solutions across different product categories.\nContribute to the evolution of packaging guidelines, templates, design systems and product tiering.\nEnsure consistency in typography, color, imagery, iconography, layout and visual hierarchy.\nPrepare accurate artwork files and ensure designs meet print, packaging and technical requirements.\nReview artwork throughout development and production to maintain a high level of quality.\nManage multiple projects and design adaptations while balancing deadlines, priorities and attention to detail.\nPresent and explain design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.\nWhat you bring\nDegree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related discipline.\nStrong graphic design skills and a refined eye for aesthetics, supported by a strong portfolio.\nGood understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.\nExperience in packaging design, brand identity or graphic design systems is highly valued.\nIntermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of InDesign is a plus.\nUnderstanding of print production, including CMYK, spot colors and artwork preparation.\nBasic knowledge of packaging dielines and production constraints.\nFluent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across cultures and disciplines.\nStructured and organized approach to files, workload and project priorities.\nProactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset.\nCuriosity and eagerness to learn, develop and take ownership.\nWhy join us?\nJoin a high-level international design team working across China and global markets.\nWork on a globally recognized brand and a diverse portfolio of lighting products.\nCombine creative design thinking with hands-on execution.\nHelp shape the future of packaging design and visual identity.\nWork closely with talented colleagues across design, business and technology.\nHave a real opportunity to improve how products are presented consistently across categories and markets.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
