Our culture of continuous learning, creativity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion empowers you to grow your skills and career.\nJoin us, and together, we’ll transform our industry, making a lasting difference for brighter lives and a better world.\nMore about the role\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, configuration, and deployment of Vertex tax solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA across global business units.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless tax automation and compliance.\nProvide subject matter expertise on indirect tax, transaction tax, and global tax determination logic.\nManage end-to-end project lifecycle for Vertex implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and post-go-live support.\nAnalyze and optimize existing tax processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.\nStay current with global tax regulations and Vertex product updates to ensure ongoing system alignment.\nSupport internal audits and external tax reporting requirements through system enhancements and data integrity initiatives.\nQualifications\nMinimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Vertex tax solutions (e.g., Vertex O Series, Vertex Cloud).\nStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the areas of tax configuration, SD/MM integration, and financial postings.\nProven experience in global tax environments, preferably within multinational corporations.\nSolid understanding of indirect tax processes, including VAT, GST, and sales/use tax.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, SAP FI/CO) are a plus.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with SAP Tax Service, SAP Localization Hub, or other tax engines.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based tax solutions and API integrations.\nProject management experience (Agile or Waterfall methodologies).\nMultilingual capabilities or experience working in diverse cultural environments.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
