This role combines deep functional knowledge of IT Asset Management with strong hands-on technical expertise to deliver scalable solutions across Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, SaaS License Management, Contract Management, and enterprise integrations. Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Procurement, Finance, and Infrastructure teams, the successful candidate will translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions while contributing to platform automation, data quality, and operational excellence.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nDesign, implement, and optimize end-to-end asset lifecycle processes (request, procure, deploy, maintain, refresh, retire, dispose).\nConfigure, implement, and support ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities, including: o Hardware Asset Management (HAM) o Software Asset Management o SaaS License Management o Contract Management o Discovery and CMDB integrations\nDevelop workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations. \nEnsure asset governance, compliance, audit readiness, and data quality. \nPartner with Procurement, Finance/FinOps, and vendors to optimize software licensing, subscriptions, and asset costs\nCoordinate contract lifecycle activities, vendor relationships, and asset reporting\nSkills & Competences\nTechnical Skills\nServiceNow or similar platforms\nServiceNow HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub \nContract & Vendor Management\nIT Asset Management (ITAM)\nSoftware License Management & SaaS Subscription Management\nAsset Compliance \nReporting and Data Analytics (ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Excel, Power BI) Process Knowledge Strong understanding of:\nITIL Framework\nIT Asset Management (ITAM)\nHardware Asset Management (HAM)\nSoftware Asset Management (SAM)\nAsset Lifecycle Management\nProcurement Processes\nVendor Management\nFinancial Operations (FinOps)\nConfiguration Management (CMDB)\nContract Lifecycle Management Preferred Certifications ServiceNow\nCertified System Administrator (CSA)\nCertified Implementation Specialist - HAM\nCertified Implementation Specialist - SAM\nCertified Application Developer (CAD) (Preferred) Industry\nITIL Foundation Certification\nIAITAM Certifications (preferred)\nFinOps Practitioner (good to have) Key Competencies\nStakeholder collaboration and relationship management\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \nStrong communication and collaboration \nCommercial and licensing awareness \nContinuous improvement mindset\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n10 - 15 years of Enterprise Service Management or ServiceNow solutions.\nMinimum 5 years working with Asset Management processes.\nExtensive experience designing IT Asset Management processes within global organisations.\nExperience with software licensing and compliance management.\nExperience with hardware procurement and lifecycle management\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
