This role focuses on delivering hands-on technical solutions across Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, SaaS License Management, Contract Management, and integrations with Discovery and CMDB. The successful candidate will contribute to automation, platform stability, asset data quality, and the continuous improvement of global Asset Management services.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nConfigure, implement, and support ServiceNow capabilities across the end-to-end Asset Management lifecycle, including request, procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, retirement, and disposal.\nConfigure and maintain ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities, including:\nHardware Asset Management (HAM)\nSoftware Asset Management (SAM)\nSaaS License Management\nContract Management\nDiscovery and CMDB integrations\nDevelop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, MID Server, Discovery, and CMDB.\nMonitor and maintain asset data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness across the ServiceNow platform.\nSupport software licensing, SaaS subscription management, and asset lifecycle activities in collaboration with Procurement, Finance/FinOps, and vendor management teams.\nAssist with contract administration, vendor coordination, asset reporting, and renewal tracking.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities, ensuring platform stability and performance.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.\nSkills and Competencies\nTechnical Skills\nServiceNow or similar platforms\nServiceNow HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub \nREST APIs and Web Services, MID Server Asset Management\nIT Asset Management (ITAM)\nSoftware License Management & Contract Management\nSaaS Subscription Management\nAsset Compliance Process Knowledge Good understanding of:\nITIL Framework\nIT Asset Management (ITAM)\nHardware Asset Management (HAM)\nSoftware Asset Management (SAM)\nAsset Lifecycle Management\nConfiguration Management Database (CMDB)\nAsset Governance and Compliance Preferred Certifications ServiceNow\nCertified System Administrator (CSA)\nCertified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) (preferred)\nCertified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (SAM) (good to have) Industry\nITIL Foundation Certification\nIAITAM Certification (preferred) Key Competencies\nTechnical problem-solving and analytical skills\nAttention to detail and commitment to data quality\nStrong communication and collaboration\nCustomer and service-oriented mindset\nLearning agility and adaptability\nContinuous improvement mindset\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n4 - 7 years of experience working with ServiceNow or a comparable Enterprise Service Management platform.\nMinimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with IT Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities\nExperience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub\nUnderstanding of software licensing, asset lifecycle management, and hardware asset processes\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
