You will lead all key HR processes at the site, ensuring the organization has the right talent, capabilities, culture, and workforce plans to achieve its goals.\nThis role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, labor relations, talent management, recruitment, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, an advocate for employees, and a driving force behind a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic Business Partnership\nPartner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and operational plans.\nTranslate business priorities into workforce planning, organizational development, and talent initiatives.\nSupport organizational effectiveness and change management activities across the site.\nProvide coaching and guidance to leaders on people-related matters and leadership effectiveness.\nEmployee & Labor Relations\nLead employee relations activities and proactively resolve workplace issues and conflicts.\nManage relationships with employee representatives, labor unions, works councils, and external authorities where applicable.\nEnsure constructive social dialogue and maintain a positive employee relations climate.\nServe as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers.\nTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning\nWorking close with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities for both direct and indirect workforce needs.\nCollaborate with leaders to forecast future workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies.\nSupport succession planning and talent pipeline development.\nPerformance, Learning & Development\nDrive performance management processes and support leaders in building high-performing teams.\nIdentify capability gaps and implement learning and development initiatives.\nPromote career development and employee growth opportunities across the site.\nCompliance & HR Operations\nEnsure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, audits, and Health & Safety requirements.\nOversee key HR processes including compensation reviews, time reporting, and workforce administration.\nMonitor HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.\nPartner closely with HR Services, Centers of Excellence, HR Advisors, and other HR Business Partners to ensure consistent HR delivery.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.\nStrong background in employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, and HR strategy.\nExperience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.\nSolid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.\nProven experience managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and talent development processes.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actions.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.\nExperience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across multiple HR functions.\nProfessional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential, enabling effective collaboration with local employees, labor representatives, leadership teams, and global HR stakeholders.\nWhy Join Us?\nJoin a global organization where people are at the center of business success.
