Our culture of continuous learning, creativity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion empowers you to grow your skills and career.\nJoin us, and together, we’ll transform our industry, making a lasting difference for brighter lives and a better world.\nMore about the role\nJob Summary\nProvide HR operational support for one or more Southeast Asia countries, ensuring timely and accurate execution of employee lifecycle, payroll and HR administration processes while delivering excellent employee experience and maintaining compliance.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nHR Operations Delivery\nExecute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.\nSupport payroll preparation, validation and post-payroll activities.\nMaintain employee master data and documentation accuracy.\nEnsure HR transactions are processed according to defined procedures and service level agreements.\nRespond to employee and manager inquiries in a timely and customer-focused manner.\nCompliance & Risk Control\nFollow local labor regulations, payroll requirements and company policies.\nExecute HR processes in accordance with ICS/SOX controls and audit requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize or automate HR processes.\nParticipate in operational excellence, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.\nActively learn and expand expertise across multiple HR operational areas.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's degree.\n1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services or related areas.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
