This role will\nProvide hands-on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives\nPartner closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance, and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost-effective rewards programs.\nMore about you\nWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data\nProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus\nInterest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards\nStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nFluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred\nAbility to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives\n\nThis role may be eligible for conversion to a full-time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
