In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while working closely with HR professionals across different countries and functions.\nWhat you'll do:\nSupport HR operational activities for employees and managers in the Netherlands.\nAssist with employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and data management in HR systems.\nHelp ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and employee requests.\nContribute to process improvements and support the team in maintaining high service quality and business continuity.\nMore about you\nWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Philology, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports, and administrative processes.\nCurious about technology and digital innovation, with an interest in AI tools and using them to improve efficiency and productivity.\nFast learner with a proactive mindset, able to quickly absorb new information, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.\nStrong attention to detail, customer focus, and very good command in English (both written and spoken), with a collaborative approach to teamwork.\nWe are looking for someone who is available to work 3-5 days per week.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
