Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.\nMonitors and reports Industrial Quality KPIs at the department level and initiates actions to maintain targets by engaging in daily shopfloor meetings and escalating issues when necessary.\nEnsures industrial performance aligns with Internal Quality Requirements by supporting process risk management, implementing and reviewing Quality Manufacturing Standards, conducting audits, controlling internal Cost of Non Quality, and driving AQP aspects in I2M processes.\nSupports the implementation of quality improvement programs and participates in cross-functional problem-solving teams using 8D methodology to ensure corrective and preventive actions.\nDevelops quality capabilities of industrial operators by providing training in quality tools.\nLead Auditor and coordinator for ISO 9001 standards.\nMore about you\nWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong focus on quality management principles.\n4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial quality or engineering roles\nFoundation level knowledge on PPAP, 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC\nLean Basic and DFSS/DMQIC Yellow Belt or equivalent certification demonstrating proficiency in LEAN methodology and quality tools\nFluent English is required.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
