Develops and implements production plans to meet quality and safety standards.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nActs as project leader for improvement of material improvement process, kanban implementation, Plan for Every Part, storage and material movement optimization, (cars, racks, optimization of material routing).\nCreates and maintains technical conditions in a way that the production process does not get disrupted.\nContributes to team at startup in production through technical support and guidance\nTake improvement actions to reach target quality and efficiency by applying various tools & methodologies (e.g. LEAN)\nProblem Solving & coaching\nManages and Trains Project staff\nAnalyzes manufacturing workflows to identify areas for improvement.\nDesigns and implements process improvements to enhance productivity.\nMonitors production metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate engineering projects.\nConducts time and motion studies to optimize resource allocation.\nDevelops cost-effective solutions to manufacturing challenges.\nEnsures adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing operations.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline is required to ensure foundational knowledge in production processes and systems optimization.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, focusing on material management and implementation of Kanban, two bin system or other material management methodology, Implementation of the Plan for Every Part, Material Storage and material movement design (Carts, material routing, Rack smart design, etc), process optimization, and production system improvements to effectively lead projects and implement efficient manufacturing solutions.\nCertificationinLeanManufacturingorSixSigma(GreenBeltorhigher)isessential to apply continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.\nAdd KPIs\nKanban (Raw and WIP).\nPFEP\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
