Ensures compliance with quality standards and optimizes processes for efficient project delivery.\nThis role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic manufacturing projects aligned with business needs.\n\nResponsible for formulating and executing project plans in consultation with stakeholders.\n\nPrepares and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost, and quality targets.\n\nReports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money.\n\nApplies a proven project management approach with a fact-based and data-driven mindset.\n\nMonitors costs of the individual projects.\n\nManages project team members in their contribution to the project and their individual development.\n\nManages stakeholders toward the successful delivery of projects.\n\nManages people resources toward successful delivery of projects.\n\nHas a proactive, forward-looking view on potential project risks and anticipates them to eliminate or minimize their impact.\n\nCollaborates effectively, contributes to best practices sharing throughout projects, and promotes consistent use of appropriate tools and methodology.\n\nKeeps abreast of technical developments in the field through literature, technical contacts, and industry competition.\n\nDevelops and manages project plans to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.\n\nCoordinates cross-functional teams to align manufacturing activities with project goals.\n\nMonitors project progress and implements corrective actions to address deviations.\n\nCommunicates project status and risks to stakeholders and senior management.\n\nEnsures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nIdentifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.\n\nFacilitates continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending enhancements.\n\nMore about you\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related technical field, essential for understanding manufacturing processes and project management principles.\n\nMinimum 5 years of proven experience managing manufacturing projects, including planning, execution, cost control, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment.\n\nPreferred candidates hold a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in project management methodologies and tools essential for successful project delivery.\n\nFluency in English and Polish is mandatory to ensure effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.\n\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
