Collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance hardware designs.\nDesign, develop, test and document a system, subsystem, or a component as part of an overall architecture, based on customer, market, and design requirements and product specifications. Ensure engineering solutions are practical, efficient, and aligned with project goals and industry standards.\nAnalyze components and system performance to optimize hardware functionalities and reliability. Applies the latest technology and research findings/results into engineering designs solutions and design rules.\nWrite, update and maintain development reports and project deliverables. \nRespond to post sales and customer support questions.\nMore about you\nWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:\nBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related\n3+ years of work experience in mechanical design and analysis focusing on hardware innovation and product development with electromechanical products\nKnowledge of material properties, industrial metals (i.e., sheet metal and castings), and electronics\nExcellent CAD skills, SolidWorks experience preferred\nExperience with SAP a plus\n*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.\nSalary: $101,580 - 148,973 based on experience\nBonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%\nBenefits Overview: Company subsidized benefits plan offerings that include Medical, Health Savings Account, Dental, 401K retirement plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays/personal days, tuition reimbursement and products discounts.
