Our culture of continuous learning, creativity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion empowers you to grow your skills and career.\nJoin us, and together, we’ll transform our industry, making a lasting difference for brighter lives and a better world.\nMore about the role\nAssist mechanical engineers in the design and development of lighting products, components, and assemblies.\nCreate and update 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).\nSupport prototype build, assembly, and testing activities.\nConduct mechanical performance evaluations, including thermal, structural, and manufacturability assessments.\nParticipate in design reviews and contribute engineering ideas for product improvement.\nCollect, analyze, and summarize test data and prepare technical reports.\nSupport root cause analysis and troubleshooting of product design issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, optics, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing.\nMaintain engineering documentation in accordance with company procedures.\nAssist with benchmarking competitor products and technology research.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, cost reduction, and manufacturability.\nQualifications\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related field.\nTechnical Skills\nBasic knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or NX.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes including sheet metal, die casting, injection molding, and machining.\nBasic knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nKnowledge of thermal management or lighting product design is an advantage.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a willingness to learn.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nProactive attitude and curiosity for engineering challenges.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with engineering projects, competitions, or laboratory work.\nKnowledge of simulation tools such as ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, or similar software.\nInterest in lighting, consumer products, or product development.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
