Lead Facilities Management strategy across LATAM, US, and Canada. Develop and implement solutions aligned with business and site needs.\n\nSpace & Property Management: Optimize workplace utilization and manage real estate assets, leases, subtenants, and property-related requirements.\n\nProject Management: Lead renovations, fit-outs, building improvements, reinstatement, demolition, and large-scale capital projects.\n\nStrategic & Stakeholder Management: Develop real estate strategies aligned with business needs, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and senior leaders.\n\nBudget, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Manage operational and project budgets while ensuring HSE/security, legal, contractual, and quality compliance and driving service excellence.\n\nMore about you\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in a technical or real estate discipline.\n\n10+ years of progressive experience in Facility, Asset, or Property Management - with leadership skills.\n\nProven experience leading facilities operations, maintenance, contractors, projects, space planning, and workplace solutions in complex or multi-site industrial environments.\n\nStrong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills, with experience managing FM operations, capital projects, and competing priorities.\n\nExcellent communication and influencing skills, with experience managing outsourced facility services, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.\n\nFluent in English, with a collaborative, customer-focused, proactive, and continuous-improvement mindset.\n\n*This is an on-site position located in Apodaca.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
