Our culture of continuous learning, creativity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion empowers you to grow your skills and career.\nJoin us, and together, we’ll transform our industry, making a lasting difference for brighter lives and a better world.\nMore about the role\nKey Areas of Responsibility\n Lead SAP SC project delivery: Drive end-to-end project delivery focusing on Supply Chain and Operations modules (e.g., SAP SD, IBP, PP/DS, MM, WM, EWM, TM) from blueprint to hypercare.\nFinancial & Budgetary Control: Own project financials, tracking budgets of up to 5 million euros, resource costs, vendor spend, and accurate financial forecasting.\nResource & Partner Orchestration: Plan and manage project resource capacity across internal teams, specialized SAP functional/technical streams, and System Integrators, ensuring external deliverables strictly align with the global template and contractual commitments.\nGovernance, Stakeholders & Risk Management: Establish structured project governance and lead steering committees to drive transparent alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic outcomes, ensuring clear ownership, proactive RAID mitigation, and effective decision-making across Business and IT leadership.\nGlobal Template Compliance & Deployment Readiness: Deliver initiatives in strict alignment with global guidelines and core templates, consistently maintaining reporting standards to successfully navigate international approval steps, while driving cross-stream readiness for testing, cutover, and operational transition to ensure a successful go-live.\nCritical Experiences and Skills\n Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management) are highly advantageous.\nSAP SC Delivery Track Record: Extensive track record as an IT/SAP Project Manager leading end-to-end SAP SC implementation, rollout, or migration projects within global environments; experience managing projects of up to one million euros is expected.\n Methodologies & Soft Skills: Strong grasp of modern project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, hybrid, and traditional Waterfall), backed by excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.\nLanguages: Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly advantageous.\nGrading Differentiators\nAutonomous Leadership & Accountability: Proven capability to operate with high autonomy as a project lead, taking absolute end-to-end accountability for SAP SC delivery within complex, global environments.\nContribution to SAP Evolution: Active contributor to strategic SAP transformations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring local implementations align with the broader long-term S/4HANA global roadmap.\nMatrix Influence & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence and navigate relationships with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and Tier-1 implementation partners to drive critical project outcomes.\nStrategic Resource & RAID Optimization: Track record of driving timely decision-making through proactive management of risks, complex dependencies, escalations, and resource planning across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
