SAP S/4HANA Quality Management Functional Engineer AMS
Designs, develops and optimizes digital services to meet business and user requirements. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions and continuously improves system performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define functional specifications for digital services creation and management
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and IT solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver user stories into working solutions
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs
- Monitor digital service performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze and resolve functional issues in line with governance processes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of functional designs and process changes
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new or updated functionalities
- Act as a trusted advisor for Product Owners, Service Owners and business stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers within the functional domain
- Work in cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance and usability of delivered solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in digital services, IT solutions or software development
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar methodologies)
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)
- Experience with digital service management or application lifecycle processes
