Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sourcing activities.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nLeads the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction and supplier performance objectives.\nCollaborates with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.\nConducts thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.\nUnderstands the technical and business strategic requirements and able to translate in supplier strategy and supplier management.\nNegotiates contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.\nMonitors supplier performance and manages supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.\nEnsures compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sourcing activities.\nProvides guidance and mentorship to junior team members in procurement best practices and sourcing strategies.\nResponsible for execution of the commodity strategy, execution of supply base strategy and supplier strategy.\nResponsible for supplier scouting, selection in NPDL phase\nResponsible for early supplier involvement\nLead tender generation and review process for the assigned scope in the NPDL phase.\nEnsure that all Supplier related risks are controlled and mitigated.\nResponsible for reviewing the compliance of the suppliers in the assigned scope regarding the Supplier quality, Supplier Sustainability and Supplier Development KPI's.\nSupport procurement excellence (Value Engineering, DfX conventions, supplier development etc.) within the assigned scope.\nResponsible for mid- and long-term price forecast for assigned suppliers.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a focus on supplier negotiation and contract management.\nCertified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification is highly recommended.\nWhat You'll Get in Return\nCompetitive salary & benefits\nWorking for a global market leader in a highly innovative environment\nSpotlight Recognition Program\nBe-Well social platform access\nInternational environment with strong career development & advancement opportunities\nTeam building and integration activities\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
