Our culture of continuous learning, creativity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion empowers you to grow your skills and career.\nJoin us, and together, we’ll transform our industry, making a lasting difference for brighter lives and a better world.\nMore about the role\nJob Summary\nThis role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning and execution of supply of products through the process of responding to the distribution demand from Customers with the supply of from external Suppliers, taking into account the constraints existing as well as constant process of introduction of new products and phase-out of old products.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nIdentifies and mitigates potential supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.\nEnsures efficient and effective supply of products by balancing demand from HUBs and Direct Locations with supply from external Suppliers.\nManages supply while considering new product introductions (NPIs) and phase-outs.\nIn co-operations with Commodity, improves supply flexibility and reliability, reducing complexity of supply flows where possible.\nDelivers on OBLT commitments through optimization of supply sources.\nExecutes PIPO process with FFPs based on NPI Manager strategy.\nParticipates in the process of balancing demand and supply with Fulfillment Planners and Commodity Analysts.\nPerforms weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness.\nMonitors and evaluates supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implements necessary changes.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics, with a strong focus on demand forecasting and supplier coordination.\nAPICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification is an advantage\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
