Component Supply Planning\nDevelop and maintain component supply plans aligned with business demand and production requirements.\nMonitor component demand, supply, and inventory positions to ensure component availability..\nSupport production forecast alignment with suppliers and EMS partners.\n2. Inventory Management\nMonitor component inventory, excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory, and aging stock exposure.\nEstablish and maintain appropriate safety stock levels based on forecast, lead time, and risk profiles.\nDrive actions to optimize inventory while protecting customer service levels.\nReview inventory exposure and recommend mitigation actions.\n3. Coverage & Lead Time Management\nMonitor PO coverage versus forecast demand.\nMaintain planning parameters including: Lead Times/MOQ/Safety Stock/Buffer Levels\n4. Risk Management & Escalation\nIdentify component shortages and supply risks proactively.\nLead pull-in, push-out, allocation, and recovery activities.\nCoordinate and drive FAP escalation process when required.\nDevelop and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.\nSupport component scarcity and allocation management activities.\n5. Cross-functional Coordination\nPartner with Demand Planning / FG Planning / PM / Procurement / Manufacturing / Global Component Team\nSupport Control Tower activities during supply disruptions.\nCoordinate component transfer and stock sharing opportunities across suppliers and EMS locations.\n6. New Product & Lifecycle Management\nSupport PIPO (Phase-In / Phase-Out) planning activities.\nManage component transition risks.\nMonitor EOL (End of Life) notifications and redesign requirements.\nMinimize inventory liabilities during product transitions.\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, Material planning, Procurement or project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.\nExperience working with EMS suppliers and global supply chains preferred.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor, electronics, electro-mechanical, or LED component planning is an advantage.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
