It requires a mix of sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and market insights. Talent Acquisition Partners collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and support offer negotiation.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nUnderstand the customers’ business & job requirements, including the organizational setting of the vacancy\nDevelop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent & manage full-cycle recruitment: job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management\nDrive inclusive hiring practices and proactively source diverse candidate pipelines\nResponsible for building and communicating an attractive employee value proposition for all prospective candidates\nLeverage talent market data and insights to influence hiring decisions\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.\nEnsure an excellent candidate & hiring manager experience\nMaintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)\nCritical Experiences\nBachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience\nPrevious experience in recruitment or talent sourcing in high pace environment (agency or in-house)\nAt least 2 years of experience with high volume corporate recruitment\nExperience with various interview and assessment methods (STAR,...)\nProficient in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
