The candidate will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and PLM architects to implement Teamcenter configurations, workflows, integrations, and customizations that support engineering and product lifecycle management processes.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nDevelop and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, and BMIDE.\nConfigure Teamcenter data model, LOVs, workflows, queries, and access controls.\nSupport Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization activities.\nAssist in developing integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as CAD and SAP.\nCreate and execute unit test cases for developed solutions.\nTroubleshoot Teamcenter issues and support deployment activities.\nParticipate in code reviews and follow development best practices.\nPrepare technical documentation and configuration guides.\nCollaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements.\nSupport production issues and perform root cause analysis.\nRequired Experiences\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5-8 years TC development experience\nExperience with Teamcenter architecture (2-tier / 4-tier), administration and support\nStrong knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and/or SOA\nFamiliar with database management (Oracle / SQL Server)\nUnderstanding of PLM processes (BOM, change management, document control)\nITK/C++, C# customization, Java/SOA, and shell/Python for automation (preferred)\nExperience with CAD integrations\nProblem-solving mindset and stakeholder communication skills\nKPI's\nOn-Time Delivery: ≥ 95% of assigned enhancements and developments delivered as planned.\nQuality: < 5% defect leakage to UAT/Production.\nDevelopment Productivity: ≥ 90% sprint/task completion rate.\nCode Compliance: 100% adherence to coding and review standards.\nDocumentation: 100% completion of technical and deployment documentation.\nNice to have\nExperience in Siemens Deployment Center and Azure DevOps CI/CD.\nExperience in Grafana or other monitoring tools\nNX/Solid Edge/SolidWorks CAD integration experience\nJT/Visualization experience\nEverything we’ll do for you\nYou can grow a lasting career here.
