The product side ships through a Vue-based CMS that the engineering team owns end-to-end.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nThe team owns and operates the marketing-platform tooling that the company's marketers use to configure customer-facing experiences. The hire will work across the full stack - Vue 3 on the front, Node.js + TypeScript on the back - and be expected to take ownership of features end-to-end, from production deploys to internal NPM package publishing. The engineering culture is autonomy-heavy: tickets are short, ownership is wide, and the bar is on shipping clean, well-tested production code.\nBuild and maintain features across a Vue 3 production CMS and its Node.js / TypeScript backendTake week-long tasks from short briefs and own them end-to-end without close supervisionContribute to and publish internal NPM packages used across the teamCarry the 24/7 on-call rotation for the customer-facing surfaceJob Requirements:\nVue 3 used on a real shipped project - not a skill-list checkbox.
