The IT team is small and growing, and this is a visible seat that works directly with senior leadership.\nRole Overview:\nYou will be the senior technical owner of the firm’s cloud, network and identity infrastructure. The environment is cloud-first with very little on-prem, and several projects are already under way. You will stay hands-on and personally build and operate the work. This is not a seat for someone who wants to manage or step back from the technology.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the design, build and day-to-day operation of the firm’s Azure environment, including networking, compute, storage, backup and disaster recoveryBuild and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and Azure DevOps, and support the firm’s data platform, including DatabricksManage enterprise networking and security across offices, including Meraki and Palo Alto, VPN, wireless, routing, DNS and DHCPAdminister identity and access with Entra ID, Okta and Active Directory, including Microsoft 365 integrationServe as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, network and identity issuesSupport security tooling and practices, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, patching and hardeningAutomate repetitive work with PowerShell and other tooling, and document standards, runbooks and architectureSupport and administer enterprise AI tools, and build automations, pipelines or agents that improve how IT deliversSupport office moves, expansions and global connectivityWork with vendors and partners, and explain technical risks and recommendations clearly to non-technical leadersSkills and Experience\n8+ years in infrastructure, systems or cloud engineering, including 3+ years as a senior technical lead on complex projectsDeep hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, with Terraform or another infrastructure as code toolStrong identity experience with Entra ID and Okta, and Microsoft 365 administrationWorking knowledge of enterprise networking and firewalls, ideally Meraki and Palo AltoPowerShell scripting and automationPractical AI and automation experience.
