They are already live with dozens of groups and thousands of suppliers, digitizing millions in paper invoices every month and moving real dollars through the platform.\nThe role: They are looking for a product-minded, full-stack engineer who will own major product surface area end-to-end (especially the marketplace hotels use to buy supplies) and bring professional rigor as they scale from 1-to-N. You’ll work directly with the founders and a small, high-ownership team.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nDesigning and shipping marketplace and inventory features that hotels use every day, from catalog search and ordering to approvals, end-to-end across Rails, Hotwire and ReactBuilding the supplier-facing side of the platform, where suppliers log in, manage their listings and find new customersCreating custom, AI-assisted experiences and integrations for marketplace and inventory management that make buying feel less like filling in formsOwning the data model underneath it all: how orders, suppliers, buyers and catalogs fit togetherProfessionalizing the product and codebase for high-volume data while still moving extremely fastAbout you:\n8+ years shipping production systems as a senior or staff-level full-stack engineerDeep, current Ruby on Rails expertise (monolith, Postgres, Sidekiq, etc.);
