More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Trade Intern - Levante Region in València with Signify.

• Customer service and inbound call management - Answer incoming client calls promptly, resolve initial queries, and filter critical technical or commercial inquiries to the senior sales team.
• Pre-sales technical support and proposal preparation - Assist in translating client requirements into basic commercial proposals by reviewing product specifications, data sheets, and catalogs.
• CRM updates and internal data management - Keep the customer database updated, log all interactions (calls, emails), and track the status of ongoing quotes or orders.
• Internal coordination and administrative processing - Manage internal documentation, process orders with the operations or logistics departments, and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Reporting and active sales team support - Assist the active sales team with ad-hoc tasks such as market research, preparing client presentations, or compiling weekly activity reports.

More about you

• Currently pursuing Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Project Management or any other related field.
• Available for 6 months part-time internship (20-30 hours weekly).

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
