Benefits begin the month following the hire date.\nSalary:\nThe annual salary for this position ranges from $105,000 - $130,000 plus 10% bonus and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.\nSummary:\nThe Corporate EHS Manager - Americas is responsible for leading and supporting environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations throughout North and South America. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, drive continuous improvement in EHS performance, reduce organizational risk, and cultivate a strong safety culture throughout the organization.\nThe Corporate EHS Manager partners closely with business leaders, plant management, operations, human resources, engineering, and sustainability teams to establish EHS standards, monitor performance, and implement initiatives that protect employees, communities, and the environment while supporting business objectives.\nThis position requires a highly organized and analytical professional with extensive multi-site EHS experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to collect, analyze, and communicate performance data and key metrics to executive leadership.\nEssential Functions\nEHS Leadership & Strategy\nSupport the development and execution of the company's EHS strategy across all Americas locations.\nPartner with site leadership teams to establish and maintain consistent EHS standards, policies, and procedures.\nDrive a culture of proactive risk management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.\nProvide technical guidance and leadership to site EHS professionals and operational leaders.\nRegulatory Compliance\nEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.\nMonitor regulatory developments and communicate emerging requirements to affected facilities.\nCoordinate regulatory inspections, audits, permit management, and agency interactions.\nDevelop corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and ensure timely closure.\nMaintain oversight of environmental permits, reporting obligations, and compliance documentation.\nRisk Management & Injury Prevention\nLead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on injury prevention, serious injury and fatality (SIF) prevention, and risk reduction.\nFacilitate incident investigations utilizing Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, or similar methodologies.\nAnalyze injury trends and leading indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of incidents.\nSupport machine safeguarding, ergonomics, contractor safety, behavioral safety, and industrial hygiene programs.\nData Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management\nCollect, validate, analyze, and interpret EHS performance data across multiple facilities.\nDevelop executive-level dashboards and reporting tools utilizing software platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, VelocityEHS, or similar systems.\nMonitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), including:Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR)\nLost Time Incident Rate (LTIR)\nSeverity Rate\nNear Miss Reporting\nEnvironmental Compliance Metrics\nAudit Findings and Corrective Action Closure Rates\n\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for business and executive leadership.\nIdentify trends and emerging risks through data analytics and recommend strategic actions.\nEnvironmental & Sustainability Management\nSupport company sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship programs.\nLead environmental improvement projects focused on waste reduction, resource conservation, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure effective management of hazardous waste and environmental compliance programs.\nAuditing & Continuous Improvement\nConduct and coordinate EHS audits across the Americas region.\nEvaluate facility performance against corporate standards and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop action plans and verify completion of corrective actions.\nAssist facilities in achieving EHS excellence through coaching, mentoring, and best-practice sharing.\nSupport ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, where applicable.\nTraining & Employee Development\nDevelop and deliver EHS training programs for management, supervisors, and employees.\nEnsure consistency in EHS onboarding and annual compliance training programs.\nMentor site EHS professionals and assist in developing organizational EHS capabilities.\nPromote employee engagement through safety committees, recognition programs, and proactive reporting initiatives.\n Note: This is an office-based position, and individuals are expected to be in the office 5 days per week.\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.\nExperience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience in a multi-site manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment across geographically dispersed locations.\nDemonstrated experience influencing senior leadership and managing projects across multiple business units.\nExperience leading incident investigations, regulatory compliance programs, and enterprise-wide EHS initiatives.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & CompetenciesExtensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable international EHS regulations.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and manage EHS metrics and KPI reporting systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and related data management tools.\nExperience with EHS management systems and software platforms.\nStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage frontline employees through executive leadership.\nExcellent organizational and project management
