As a finance manager of Signode Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities for our 3 units in Denmark and our nordic Shared Service Center (accounts payable), ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.\nYour Key responsibilities:\nManage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, plant controller and financial reporting. This also including lead month- and year-end closing.\n\nDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, improvements and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance and cost saving.\n\nPrepare and present financial statements (local GAAP and US GAAP), budgets, KPI’s and forecast to senior management.\n\nEnsure SOX compliance and manage audits.\n\nCollaborate with other departments, the local management team and the data analyst to optimize reporting processes and ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.\n\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.\n\nLead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.\n\nSupport the Regional Controller in providing local insights.\n\nFinancially responsible for implementation of ERP D365.\n\nRequirements\nBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nProven experience in a manufacturing environment and as a Finance manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.\n\nSpeaks fluently Danish and English.\n\nAdvantage to be experienced in XAL, D365, Excel and ideally Power BI.\n\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.\n\nEthical, detail-oriented and adaptable.\n\nAre you interested?
