customer requests\n\nSupport order and service administration activities\n\nMaintain customer master data\n\nSupport management of contracts and agreements\n\nAssist customers through various communication channels\n\nEnsure timely and professional customer communication\n\nService Operations Support\nSupport field service coordination activities\n\nAssist with planning-related activities\n\nFollow up work orders and service activities\n\nSupport maintenance contract administration\n\nManage machine and installed-base information\n\nEnsure accuracy of operational data\n\nComplaints & Escalations\nRegister and monitor complaints\n\nFollow up corrective actions\n\nSupport customer escalation management\n\nParticipate in root cause investigations\n\nFinance & Commercial Support\nSupport quotation follow-up\n\nAssist with invoicing-related activities\n\nSupport cash collection initiatives\n\nFollow up customer disputes\n\nParticipate in overdue reduction actions\n\nReporting & Data Management\nMaintain operational reports\n\nMonitor KPIs\n\nSupport dashboard creation\n\nEnsure data quality in company systems\n\nContinuous Improvement & Digitalization\nContribute to process improvement initiatives\n\nSupport implementation of new tools and systems\n\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor degree or equivalent experience in:\nBusiness
